history of the company

Ace Caravans S.A. was created as a company on the 07th of February 1997 by two founder partners who had a long experience in the word of the caravaning:

Marco Antonio SABATER MONTEAGUDO: representing the company RESIDENCIALES MÓVILES, S.A. Manufacturer of prefabricated houses mobil-homes since1976. With a factory of12.000 m2 covered and 35.000 m2 uncovered in Almoradí (Alicante).

Felipe PUEYO SÁNCHEZ DEL ÁLAMO: Quantity surveyor and an ex partner of Roller Ibérica, S.A. from 1975 to 1996, which activity was the manufacture of caravans mobil-home.

how the ACE Caravan is

It's composed by 3.835 m² of covered ware house, and 7.524 m² of uncovered piece of land reserved to logistic subjects. With both parts, Ace Caravans has a self-sufficient whole for the manufacture of caravans and motor homes.

Key points:

• Own carpentry: all the furniture is made in our factory.
• Structure department: where all the elements of floors, roof and walls' sandwich are manufactured using hot presses. Mediante prensa de vacío.
• Assembly of caravans' line: composed by 11 phases of work. From the first (assembly of chassis), to the eleventh (finish).
• Assembly of motor homes'line: two lines of 5 phases of work each one.
• Technical and projects'office: Where the different elements of the manufacture are made and developed by Engineers who use computers CAD.

Obviously Ace Caravans has commercial and administrative depatments, warehouse, etc.

Manufacture of caravans: With Authorization of caravans in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, ... Including in Japan.

Manufacture of motorhomes: with European Authorization (COC), our goods have been tested in the Laboratories de Trier (Germany).

Year after year Ace Caravans has wanted to be close to the thousands of users and fans of caravanning trying to offer new ideas and designs to be closer every day to the user and his needs.

All along every season we have innovated with daring decorations, creative distributions and spaces invented from the emptiness so that we could use in the best way the internal word of the caravan.

In Ace Caravans S.A.,we work day after day to be present in all the national and international exhibitions.

Our assistances to exhibitions of all around the continent (London, Birmingham, Düsseldorf, Oporto, Lisbon, Rimini...) are taken of this will of us to be represented in the most exhibitions we can. Obviously, we never reglect our so loved nationwide where cities like Vigo, Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Gijon, Murcia, Sevilla, Granada, Malaga and,of course, Alicante receive for some days all the enthusiastic public of the sector.

Thank to these assistances, we are succeeding in being close to all the ones who want to see our caravans and motorhomes and dream with the adventure and the camping.

X-CENTRIC is a new generation of ACE.

An inflexion or reference regarding to the innovation, farther, what we consider today as modern will be known tomorrow as ancient.

The excentricity of its interior design brakes away with the established standards.

Our installations are a self-sufficient whole where caravans and motorhomes are manufactured thanks to our own carpentry structures department, lines for the assembly of caravans and motorhomes, technical and plans offices together with the Sells office, administration, warehouse, etc to give free rein to the great demand of the national and the international product.

Based on these premises nowaday we put at your disposal a wide range of goods where anybody can find his own world. More than 200 different vehicles and a great number of options in each one. We work day after day to be closer to the customer... to be closer to you...

Our goods are sold by dealers from: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, England and Japan; they have certificates of quality, certificates of the European Homologation and of the laboratories of TRIER.
